MMS Appoints David Smith as Chief Operating Officer

Mineral Mining Services (MMS) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Smith as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

With extensive leadership experience and a strong financial and legal background, David will further strengthen our commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth.

David brings a proven track record of success in senior management roles within mining, oil & gas, and related industries. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Enerflow Mining Services for seven years, where he honed his skills in operational management and business development. Prior to this, he was the Financial Controller at Fugro, where he demonstrated his strong financial acumen. David also has experience as a General Manager in the construction industry, leading Roofing Solutions for eight years.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, David holds multiple academic qualifications: a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Mineral and Energy Economics from Curtin University, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of New England (AU), and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business Law from Curtin University. He is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder.
