Meet the Team
Nathan Ramm, Head of Technical Services
Nathan brings a wealth of operational experience to MMS. With previous leadership positions at Nathan River Resources and Superior Gold, his expertise in open-pit mining has been honed through years of hands-on experience and unique practical insights that have consistently driven operational success. Nathan’s leadership will be instrumental in guiding the Technical Services Team going forward.
Emma Edwards, Chief Geologist
Emma is an accomplished geologist with more than 15 years of experience in the mining industry. She joins MMS from Mineral Resources Limited, where she held key positions in exploration and resource development. Emma lead diverse teams and contributed to the growth of their lithium and iron ore projects. Her expertise and leadership will be play a key role in advancing MMS’s geological services.
Huanru Si, Principal Mining Engineer
Huanru is an experienced mining engineer with a strong background in mine planning, scheduling, and optimisation. With experience with leading mining software providers like RPMGlobal, coupled with his operational experience at companies like Fortescue and Dacian Gold, makes him a valuable addition to the team. Huanru’s expertise will bolster MMS’s capabilities in mine planning and design.

Their contributions already have been demonstrated with MMS achieving record-breaking earthworks at the Myhree mine site last month, highlighting their ability to not only understand mining but to optimise operations and deliver exceptional results from day one.
